If your interested in joining us, the next step is to get in contact! Beginners will generally be invited to the first session (17.00 - 17.50) but may subsequently be moved depending on their swim ability. This will be discussed with you on the night.

Cost: The first session you/your child attends is free. should you wish to attend after this yearly membership costs and pool fees apply which equate to approximately £12 per month. detailed information can/will be provided either when you contact us or after your first session.

Those participating in the National Lifesaving Academy Awards will need a RLSS UK membership through the RLSS which is charged at £15 per year and can be found by clicking here or visiting https://www.rlss.org.uk/pages/category/rlss-uk-membership-is-evolving

What should be brought to training sessions?

Below is what we advise be brought to every training session:

- Swimming Costume

- Towel

- Long Sleeved Pyjamas (for swimming in)

- Water Bottle

- Goggles (encouraged not to be worn in senior awards)

- Bag for Kit

- 20p for a locker to keep kit secure (or leave with parents)
